How Are They Fitted?
A contact lens fitting is separate from a routine eye exam, so there is an additional fee for the fitting. During your fitting, your eye doctor will perform an evaluation of the fit, determine your required prescription and perform a corneal topography. If you are a first-time contact lens wearer or are switching between contact lens materials, your doctor will check the fit of your new lenses, test your vision and instruct you on how to insert, remove and care for your contact lenses.
How Can I Buy Them?
After your fitting, you will be able to purchase your contact lenses through our in-office optical shop. We offer competitive pricing, which may be less expensive than other retailers. We stand behind our contact lenses and offer a free replacement service on any ripped or defective contact lenses if purchased through our optical store. What Are the Types of Contact Lenses?
Silicone Hydrogel Contact Lenses
Silicone hydrogel contact lenses are among the newest kinds of soft contact lenses, utilizing the latest in contact lens technologies. These lenses transmit six times more oxygen than older generation contact lens materials, affording greater wettability. Alongside daily disposable contact lenses, silicone hydrogel lenses allow some patients with dry eyes to be fitted for contacts.
Astigmatic Lenses
We offer a number of options for patients who have astigmatism. Utilizing new and improved technology, our astigmatic lenses provide superior comfort while helping to improve your vision and deal with the symptoms of astigmatism.
Multifocal Contact Lenses
There are various multifocal contact lenses for new and current lens wearers who are having difficulty reading and would prefer to be free of glasses.
